Smoked salmon and cress bilinis with a horseradish cream

Deep fried Brie with cranberry sauce

Celeriac & Bramley apple soup with toasted walnuts and parsnip crisps

Duck liver terrine with an orange and port compote

Mains

Roasted Turkey Crown –       with roast potatoes, sage & cranberry stuffing, pigs in blankets, braised red cabbage, bacon & garlic butter sprouts,

honey roasted carrots & parsnips and a red wine gravy.

Port Braised Lamb Shank –   with rosemary & caramelised oniom mashed potato,    honey roasted chantenay carrots, tenderstem broccoli and a minted port reduction.

Poached Salmon Loin –         poached in mulled wine served with fondant potato, creamed spinach, grilled asparagus and an orange & star anise glaze.

Porcini Mushroom and Parsnip Wellington –   with butternut squash, chestnuts, tenderstem broccoli & a blue cheese sauce.
